Everyone shares best practices and we just need more opportunity to do this during our team meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the country I work in is not paid as fairly as my U.S counterparts. More market analysis should be done to ensure that someone with my expertise and location is being paid comparatively to my colleagues in the same role.
