Working with Sabre is a great experience. Sabre as a company is very good to work for and our leadership team ensures the environment is always positive but I strongly believe every individual experience is very important to be known and action needs to be taken accordingly not at team level only.

Sabre is a very good company to work with however there are some challenges for individuals at their team level with regards to very limited growth opportunities

they are always invested in organization growth and keep themselves up to date as per the industry requirement

workload, responsibilities, initiatives & expectations are higher than compensation, people doing same amount of work is quite highly compensated.

due to pandemic didn't really go to office from quite long but friendly atmosphere amongst the colleague makes me happy at work

Our teams always try to think out of the box and keep exploring new ideas for the betterment of team, individuals and for organization

I believe matching the level in terms of compensation is very important at every level, also the experience should be valued as well it is not right to pay equal to an experienced guy and to a fresher
