My overall experience is very bad, I feel insecure every time, as the team management is not good in this company, there is no future growth here and also whatever we do good, there is no value for that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sorry to say but in Sabre, I am feeling uncomfortable, there is no future growth here for employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In some teams, there is no such culture and team-building activities, and no one talks about that exercise, which should feel employees comfortable.
