I am currently in Airline IT, which is not a place where Sabre is investing for the future and actually beginning to shed some parts of that business. I am learning about the next-gen PSS system around offer/order as it is the future of personalized air travel.

I am very proud to work for Sabre, but I am nervous as we navigate our transition into the new world of Offer/Order/NDC from the traditional PSS platform. From an airline IT perspective, we are not investing in our solutions as much as our main competitors in this space and we are losing ground

Been at Sabre for a long time and have always been happy to be here. Have ,so far, survived the difficult transition since the pandemic, but overall, don't feel as secure these days.

They are motivated to learn new things and broaden their skillset beyond their current core competencies

They are steering Sabre towards the high growth areas in the industry (Offer/Order, NDC and Retail travel)

Six weeks of PTO and now an extra week at the end of the year with Sabre offices being closed worldwide

The flexibility to work anywhere and the people I get to work with, most of which share my excitement about the future

The leadership team is committed to reshaping the company and adapting to the new travel marketplace and pursuing areas of high growth and greater revenue earning potential

Our leadership team is doing a fantastic job at changing the culture of Sabre and doing everything possible to communicate and propagate that change out to the rank and file

Getting deeper into the new PSS model around offer/order. It is personally very new and foreign to me right now, but learning more everyday and getting more excited about the future

I am encouraged by the fact that Sabre is trying to be a leader in the new Offer/Order/NDC space. That is not my current area of responsibility, but I know it is the future of the company, so I am intent on immersing myself in this area, so that I can be a meaningful contributor
