
I have worked with alot of great people. I am always disappointed that Sabre is not able to recognize and retain great people. Many have left due to the the lack of work life balance that never seams to get fixed. Sabre would rather bring in new employees than to fix the problem and retain talent.
It has always been challenging but rewarding as the team valued my leadership. I no longer feel my manager appreciates everything I do as I am criticized often compared to the praise I received from my prior manager.

not competitive with market. Company does not fairly adjust salaries to market. Employees have to leave company to get paid mid point of market. Sabre will have to pay to hire new talent instead of retaining talent already at Sabre.
We are asked to take on more responsibilities as team members left and were not replaced. The flexibilities of working from home had value to me. Going back into the office has an impact in both time and money. Most of my team is not in the Sabre office.
I am working so much more and Sabre does not file positions of employees that have left. Our department is work with less employees however the workload has never decreased. I would feel more valued if I was able to take all of my weeks of vacations and paid more inline with market.
