have been provided excellent opportunities to explore and display my core strength areas. have been benefitted well of my performance. the leads were always appreciating the good work and other positive feedback wherever i could excel. so far an excellent journey!

almost at par with the regular standards in the industry. performance is always measured in and lot of additional benefits

inclusiveness. space for everyone. engaging activities. lot of forums to be part of and gain/gather knowledge. spaces to look for opportunities.

always standing up as strong pillars for each other. available any time for the support and the right spirt in sharing knowledge.

1) More on the fixed pay side 2) Less of variable pay (tied to multiple other parameters), which at times if not achieved will definitely impact an earning person

Transparency, continuous communications on any major/minor events/changes in the industry in general and Sabre in specific. Also, team heads ensure they accommodate sessions for their teams for any Q&As regarding organizational restructures

Being available anytime for each other. Sharing knowledge as and when one learns/discovers something new or interesting Open and positive attitude towards the team and helping each other whenever needed

no micromanagement sufficient space given to each forums to share and gain knowledge options to find appropriate career path and mentors being available support and encouragement from the leadership on managing work-life balance
What makes you most happy at work?
the career i chose was based on what i really like to do, so i never felt it is just my job, but something that i always like to do the field i am into, into is constantly evolving and attaining newer dimensions and scopes, hence i find it very interesting and challenging at the same time.
What makes you most happy at work?
i am into doing something that i LIKE, so i dont feel my work as a hectic thing that i am forced to do out of no choice. given the right space to do my work and there is no micromanagement. superiors are very encouraging and open to any thoughts. they always mentor for the future career paths.
