Great (social) benefits, fair pay, KRK site leadeship doing their best. Very poor processes, beurocracy slowing the work, a lot of issues on company core buissenes (constant changes in direction, a lot of effort going in vain). Terrible execution.

People need to start taking ownership and responsibility. Need to stop pushing issues to someone other garden, looking for someone else to do the job, focusing only on my little piece.
