Overall, there is a drive to be the best! Unfortunately, it is my view that we have made some very poor decisions in recent years (non-covid related) on the direction of some of our products. It has come to a head and exploded and now we are making great improvements. I hope we don't revert again!
We work well together to provide platform level solutions to our customers.
The incredible amount of work that went into keeping our company moving forward in challenging times.
The vision of the company is great! (I'll defer my response on our execution of that vision).
Within the circles of people I work with closely, everyone is willing to hit the grindstone to get effective work done. Generally, everyone is quite welcoming and friendly to associate with.
Cohesive yet independent. Everyone has something they are great at, but have no pride issues working with coworkers to discuss things outside of their specialty and everyone is willing to work together.
I feel we are usually tripping over our own feet. We are slow to deliver feature/function that is critical to day to day operations and are stuck not being able to advance our product.
Nothing stands out as the best, but the overall benefits we receive are in line or better than other companies. It was very kind of leadership to give all employees the week between Christmas and New Years off.
Making progress on our products and delivering quality results that help to make our unhappy customers happy! Most recently, the changes to leadership (VP and below) that now are starting to truly understand the sentiment of our customers and really wanting to do something to improve!
Having the right people in the right places. It's gotten somewhat better in the last 3 months, but there have been leaders who have allowed projects to go off the rails because they didn't understand the wool being pulled over their eyes to make it seem like everything was great.
