I like working at Sabre, but lately there is a lot of change happening and not sure I see the benefits of the changes. The people are great the atmosphere can be fun but morale seems to be low here recently.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to collaborate with my peers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating impact of changes to the roles of the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems new employees are coming in at higher salaries than individuals that have been at the company for several years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am part of a very dedicated team. Very helpful and responsive. The issue is that we are going through attrition loosing this knowledge. New resources need to be trained and there is a learning curve that is impacting the rest of the team as more things need to be covered by less people.
