have worked with Sabre many years, and new employees get paid better..

I enjoy helping others with their issues, the feeling after an issue is fix puts a smile on my face, always.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
3% increase for the past 10years is not good enough, I really enjoyed my old job but had to move to get any kind of increase compensation, I think now that should be my strategy.
