In 2018, I was in a devastated phase as I was in need of a job badly because nothing was working out even after working for 4 years in my previous company. Personally, also were not doing well, as we had also lost our 1st pregnancy, then comes a gift-a job at Sabre, it has a Humane feel. #Fulloflife

Fun talks, Not at all serious conversations, supporting each other when in need

Leaders do not rush or push us regarding our work, hence work time feels good

Team is so co-operative, we share our professional and also personal thoughts. Work collectively to resolve any issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we have not received an year's appraisal due to pandemic, extra bonus amount could have been considered please.

None treat you like an outside person; you go and talk to anyone for anything, they would receive you well.
