I have not progressed in knowledge, I only see technology advanced for customers but not internally (we have loads of entities which accounting is done in excel and CFO does not see SAP implementation in the nearest future).

Friendly atmosphere, nice people, great technology / products for customers, internally less technologically advanced, lots of delays in decision making, not competitive pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel I am paid as good as sales&operations even though my job in overheads is equally important. Comparing similar level of experience, qualification etc. I feel very under-valued, I feel that many perks go to sales even though the cost that they generate to achieve these sales is high.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working in a tech company I do not have technology at my service in my everyday tasks, I use excel extensively and my work implied lot's of manual actions. I depend on third party service providers who do not have as high standards of performance as in Sabre which slows down my performance.
