Everyone is very inclusive. I do not see any ethnic discrimination.

Most of them can get their job done without any micro management or support.

I expected a better hike along with the promotion. I believe my current pay is not on par with the market.

My compensation is below the market standard both in comparison to my experience and what I bring to the table. I got promoted in 2022 but the hike received is not on par with the new role.
