Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My real salary (discounted by inflation) is several percent lower than over 5 years ago, however the value which I deliver for the company is higher. Something does not sum here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If the company wants to be attractive for Generation Z people and have better engagement - it should bo back to WFA program. Currently the company is less flexible (in this area) than it was over 15 years ago.
