Individuals who are engaged on goal oriented activities and ultimately on items that better our services for our customers and work together positively is certainly a big part of the cultural experience. There are a lot of nuances associated with bureaucracy and politics that hinder the former.

Working for a large corporation has its challenges but over the years the changes in leadership and the various realignments done have enabled better transparency and access to cross-org information.

That the majority of people truly care about one another. Many of my coworkers appreciate interest in their areas and are willing to share and partner to work better together.

New challenges which ultimately brings the opportunity to work with new people - both internally and externally. I also truly enjoy the collaboration with various teams and love being in a leadership role with the creativity and autonomy it enables.
