Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Good because of the area in which I work. People dept. too focused on DEI, offers poor training options, changing policies. Sr leaders having a hard time w change mgmt-, too many legacy products and processes create the drag. Need product mgr training & coord. to improve hitting targets.

VCP is usually fully funded, which is good.
