I would be happy if company would care more about work-life balance (flexibility of shifts, no timer on toilet breaks).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Any type of break (even toilet) is counted like in prison, this type of approach is for me extremelly stressfull and has an impact on my life after work.
