What I find amazing is possibility of interacting with people from all over the world, and see the wide cultural diversity. overcoming those obstacles and being effectively working towards a single objective from different countries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is divided in different locations so I would never be able to share office with them. Nevertheless, we've established practices in which we don't miss the onsite / co location. Being a not so big group, we make it work pretty well.
