What it used to be really good couple of years back, without any substantial hike becomes just enough today.
I strongly disagree with the assumption that not being excited means something wrong, something to be improved. It's a very US specific thing, I don't share that feeling.
Communicate more, and more frequently about customer wins. And reflect more on what they were saying a year ago, eg. about remote work, before they do a 360 swing and say remote is bad.
