At an executive level they are very clear and transparent with all employees. the same should be replicated at a manager level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
at a company level they really seem to care for us as employees, and in MVD location they really make you feel like a priority
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i could be doing so much more than i am now and i feel limited by manager who does not share information as she should
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some of them need to deliver better quality work, if we are all principals, the work quality should be reflected the same way. Of course... for that you need coaching from your leader...
