I love Sabre overall and see the value. But we need to be together in person. We work remote and that is great but coming together to collaborate once a year its critical to hitting goals and targets

its not capped and that there is room to make more money throughout the year

The culture is gone because we arent together. Executive team is but "line level" is not
What makes you most happy at work?
work life balance, working from home, finding solutions and really setting up customers for success. Feels good when you win for them

we are about achieving success together. We need to be in person though to have the "sabre family" feel that is talked about
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are a travel tech company. we need to be with customers and innovating together. This comes at a cost. Executives and upper MGMT is always together at shows and in person but never the front line team" and this is a problem.
