Not great, no one really works together follows any form of process and there is a lack of respect for non-revenue generating teams which makes your job hard as this is a difficult business that we work in

More than 2% of salary.

Immediate team is fine. Interacting with sales and attitude is appalling.

better respect and interaction between teams. Especially when communicating with non-revenue generating support teams

Bonus is terrible, each year I have complained that my wage/bonus is poor not to much avail.

All teams need to be better at supporting and celebrating the back office staff. Salary and bonus is terrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate team. We come together and support eachother when we are not getting the respect or support from other teams.
