They're placing a greater emphasis on employee retention than they did in the past.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a kick in the pants to see new hires coming in at higher salaries than existing employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a safe environment where we can be wrong or disagree with respect. My manager is not a micro-manager.
