Hardest working people I know share information freely and work as a strong team

market rate or above, ability to earn more if do the work, 401K matching, VCP and merit - all solid good earning
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having extra paid U.S. holidays, Sabre keeping the increases to our insurance package annually at a very minimum cost to us and having an annual VCP.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving customer or internal process challenges - its a great feeling to continually improve how we work and tackle any thing that is presented to our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration between our team members and our supporting teams. We are all customer focused whether it is an internal customer team that needs our help or an external customer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all create efficient working processes together and all can perform tasks and back each other up. Diverse culture and knowledge between us and we are kind and helpful to each other to be extremely productive and yet enjoy what we do and our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the level and frequency of communication on the initiatives and actions - changes being done - as this ties single actions that may not make sense to the overall goals that allow us all to meet them. It feels that we are included and can better do individually what we can to meet goals.
