compensation for US workers should be based on their level of education, experience and inflations costs .. there are clearly attempts by less educated/talented managers, directors and VPs to suppress pay and promotions while they get all the credit and bonuses.
better compensation for well educated and experienced US IT workers that is in-line with US inflation costs, the lack of IT talent / education from India and Poland is the source of lot the Sabre IT mayhem, reducing costs by outsourcing to India/Poland is not the solution !
