Good atmosphere in the team - closest team of 10 members, good team spirit,great flexibility for employees Company management lost on its transparency in front of their employees due to unexpected merit shift. Salaries are below market average, company condition makes me worried about my careere.

When I look at the condition of the company in terms of Stock price vs our competitors I'm worried about my hiring stability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies offer in average 20% higher base salary for the same amount of duties and with comparable benefits. Sabre has became less attractive. VCPs were disappointing and shifting merits was very bad company move.
