While I have a great deal of admiration for Sabre, I feel that I need greater job security. Over the past five years, there have been multiple instances where I have felt that my position was at risk, and while there may have been various factors at play, I am seeking a greater sense of stability.

I like the best about leadership team is their transparency towards direction of company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a small family away from family, best thing about them is interaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any employee who is completing 5 years should get some perk, as we are investing our 5 years only to realize we are paid less then all others in the team.
