need more qualified people at work with longer work experience and domain knowledge

the company should care more about retaining employees with huge domain knowledge instead of hiring new, mostly contractors without any domain knowledge and poor tech knowledge
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Because of Sabre's salary policy, we lost a lot of specialists and right now we have mostly contractors without domain knowledge and it takes a lot of time to be able to cooperate with such people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sabre is underpaying their fulltime employees, which is almost the only reason people are leaving. The solution here is simple to figure out but may be more challenging to realize by the company, the only hope is the company will change its approach before all specialist will change their job.
