Review salary politics for current employees to retain them, instead of paying much more to new hires for the same or lower level
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team members who are working in company 5+ years getting salary below market. Providing wide salary brackets is not resolving an issue. Skipping yearly salary review or moving it to the middle of the year make it worst from year to year.
