Good experience overall, there is a lot of room for higher management and structure improvements. Clear definitions on if, we want to be a successful company or a happy family.

the use of easy and direct channels of communication. No hierarchy nonsense.

Their personalty and how involved they are with us as person in a professional and personal level.

Better company structure and invest in the people that would actually drive change, not just talk about "ideas".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In MVD would prefer to have something related with health such as "Pase Libre" to have better prices for places to train physically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide open budget information regarding our teams, colleagues, and hierarchy peers across Sabre. With this info we can make a fair assumption and fight for fair compensation. If not, we end up with today's situation. Undervalued people end up leaving because of waste management resources.
