I've been here a long time (10+ yrs), and have seen the ups and downs. My overall experience has been a good one at times, and frustrating at others. I love that we are now focusing on our culture and I'm proud to be here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team succeed and excel and be happy themselves makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel transparency is a work in progress for them, and that's a plus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This year, the way the SIP program is set up, it feels like it was planned for us to NOT succeed and hit our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind, fun to work with, clearly driven, intelligent, and very easy to work with. There is mutual respect amongst colleagues and we all aim to get things done TOGETHER.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we can finally say "yes, we DO have culture at Sabre" and then elaborate on all the great things we have implemented in the last year or two is a great thing.
