We are on calls prior to the start of business hours and after the business day has ended. This is not a point of concern for anyone I've spoken with, but the return to the office has added additional stress into the work week for no apparent benefit

I think we all recognize that they have hard choices to make. I think that they do work diligently in most cases to be transparent and explain the drivers of the decisions they make to help us better understand.
