Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience with Sabre has been good since I joined. My only comments would be regarding the strategic development of the company. What I see is a short vision, trying to solve the current financial issues, but I do not see a long term plan where Sabre can be the best company in the market.

the interaction with different nationalities and cultural differences

The cultural diversity. Everyone is friendly. The onboarding is very helpful

Being able to innovate and improve process for a better customer experience

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand payments is just a department withing a technology company like Sabre, but Payment industry has higher salaries and mainly benefits
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader is the most innovative person I have ever know, and in general the leadership team has a clear vision and strategy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. In Spain the compensarion package is still a little bit behind the competitors, for example in the pension plan or life insurance
