My time at Sabre has been challenging, fulfilling, fast-paced, and fun. My colleagues are diverse, amazing, and bring a wealth of expertise and different experiences to each challenge we confront Since WFA, I've been able to achieve a healthy W/L balance while still being able to do my job well.

Engaging with customers to meet their IT and distribution needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and my colleagues are all focused on doing what's best for the company. Everyone I work with is incredibly bright, rigorous in their job duties, and is sensitive to their colleagues' priorities. They never fail to meet the business need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since my previous manager's departure, I have taken on higher responsibilities and more complex work which I feel I should be compensated for. Instead, the company delayed merit increases and has frozen promotions in a blind effort to reach cash flow positivity. I am being severely undervalued.
