Overall experience at Sabre is positive. Just like most I have had bad managers and good managers. Not sure how bad managers continue on or sometimes get promoted.

All of it - Salary, VCP and health benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not forced to go to the office and WFA is accepted
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying their best to not have a reduction in force even as the challenges continue since 2020
What makes you most happy at work?
WFA makes me happy and provides a flexible schedule and saves me 2 hours of commute time. I would rather work 12 hours a day and be able to take breaks in between than working 8 hours in the office. WFA has made me very happy working for Sabre and I do not mind working early morning nor late evening
