Collaborating on new products and improving existing ones
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ELT culture improvements regarding diversity goals and wellness + mental support as well as all the efforts during covid time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there is still a disparity in pay between male and female employees in this company and also leadership positions are still dominated by male employees. I feel like I constantly have to prove my point to gain a seat at the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Internal SHS tech dev processes are constantly changing whenever we have a new executive, too much churn and noise which makes it difficult to commit to end goal. As a woman in SHS I am finding male leaders are now back to talking down to assert their opinions and vision which is a step back imo
