My coworkers are great! We have pack of great friends and we support each other under poor management.
Things like merit cycle shift by quarter just before original start date show messy management and provide lack of confidence in company, leadership and its ability to execute.
My manager told me during year end review that he plans my promotion. Later when I asked how is it going, I was told that I'm good on current position. All just in 2 months. This felt like slap in my face.
