It hasbeen good, but needs serious improvement in order to keep up with workers satisfaction, specially us at the lowest ranks in the company that due to ACD and strict time management, we feel left out of the company culture and activities

The caring and understanding attitude
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need to commute 1:30h on public transit each way, nonetheless, no transportation bonus no van service is provided (MVD ZA location is extremly hard to reach)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more humane, taking emotions into consideration and not see us as a number (I work in the call center and only our metrics and ability to take calls seem to matter)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid language bonus, I work with four languages in the daily and I'm not compensated a penny more than my colleagues even tough my workload is bigger and I have had to a lot more to achieve my language proficiency levels
