What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are given a comfortable place to work like where we like to work either WFH/ WFA/ Office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are tightly connected everyone in my team. if any one need any help/ support everybody is there to support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In our team we(entire team) are working more time like more than 12 hours. We have more elements to work. I am taking this opportunity to inform. I am not sure where to inform anonymously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is driven with my education check not about my skill set/not with my role base. from the day one onwards when i ask for my increment always HR(Namitha) mentioned about my education eligibility. I still remember the day when my conversion happened with Sabre, she insulted me too
