The fact that we have the opportunity to learn permanently. The chance to travel and meet different teams and cultures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We saved millions in voiding fraudulent tickets and preventing unauthorized activity, and the compensation has not changed compared to the rest of the teams that I have been with. We have done on-call during months and previously in other teams and the value of the on call has never been increased.
