The people are great. The workload/volume is high. I came to Sabre to learn and grow my experience, but not at the expense of my happiness or work-life balance. I hope this changes in the near future. Reports leading into leadership need to be better aligned on downflow feedback to be more effective

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is fair. I wish the life-work balance was better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The volume of work is high. I am not able to complete my to-do list on a daily basis which drives anxiety at work and at home. I could work 12+ hours a day and it still not be done, but with having a family I have to end my day at 9 or 10 hours. I could easily work on the weekend which is not ideal.
