I have been at Sabre a very long and I have seen highs and lows, just like with other aspects of life. For the majority of my career I have always been treated fairly!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Insurance is very good!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Mastering a new functional area and completing my "to do" list!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a global company and all cultures are embraced and recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team!! We work well together and everyone is willing/happy to help each other!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Town Halls really provide a nice overview of how Sabre is doing and what the future plans are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As long as your performance is not affected, you able to come and go as needed, i.e. doctor's appointments etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits is a game changer for me and I think we have very nice options that everyone can chose from to best fit their needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together!! It is not "my job" or "your job" the mentality is do what we need to do to get the job done right!
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work. The mechanics of it, black and white, the code works or it doesn't work. Running reports and administrative work would drive me crazy so I am in the perfect position for my strengths and personality!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to look at things with an open mind and make decisions after looking at all options!! Decisions are made based on what is best for the company, employees and the business. They are open to change - I think the best word is adapt - they adapt to the situation! I love that!!
