Market rate. Been with the company too long and not compensated fairly compared to market rate.

Pay increases every single year or too small. Not enough to keep up with cost of living. RSU's should be vested when employee retires.

Vision on where we need to be. Providing the resources to get us there. The human aspect of how they treat employees, specifically during covid.
