Being able to code, to create, to improve the existing code.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together for a common goal. We communicate. The software development environment is horrible, but we are still able to put out well tested, minimal defect code.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Time away from work. We get the week off at the end of the year. We have flexible time off. Work consists of waiting to be able to code.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - in other companies the game was wait until the first person says they can not make a deadline. Then other leaders either announce they can not make the deadline due to person X or keep quite and hope the delay allows them to make the deadline.
