I have been here for 16 years now. I love Sabre! This company has been wonderful to me throughout my years here. I have been able to travel all over the world and do things that most people dont get to do.

Interacting with my team. I love being a mentor and helping people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone goes out of their way to help and make sure you have what you need and your able to do your job to your best ability. We are like a little family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I have a very high sense of my value with Sabre and I always have. Better compensation in my opinion would be more pay for leadership and our agents.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very supportive and always willing to help when I need it. They always have my back no matter what. They are all a real sense of what a team should be.
