I love working for sabre and hope to continue to work here for years to come. There is room for improvement when it comes to WFA and compensation.

raises should be more significant to adjust for inflation

Ability to go remote again would be so appreciated

Work life balance has historically been great. I worry about that changing with required in office days. Everyone is extremely friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living increases do not compare to the actual cost of living and inflation year over year. Now that we are required in office, we spend more on gas, wear and tear on our cars, work clothes. We also are giving up precious family time without increase in compensation.
