The amount of time doing internal politics.

Salary and bonus paid on a quarterly basis.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Move away from the high vertical structure and better internal communications. More focus on the business rather than internal presentations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Although I do have direct access to my executive leadership within other areas the bureaucracy and hierarchical structures are a burden to take business decisions.
