Solving technical challenges and seeing things effectively improving as a result of that

There is a lack of documentation that makes it harder to understand the links between systems and how things impact each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't use anything other than the salary. I could say the health insurance but I got it covered by my wife's job with better benefits.
