great company with great history. But struggling in last 3 years post-Covid. Company mostly is reactive. Things that were supposed to be big revenue drivers don't really produce revenue as forecasted. Due to cash crunch, chances of coming layoff are always at back of the mind and that's not good.

Close knit team. Genuine caring for each other. Trust each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary not competitive with market. Hasn't even kept up with inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company not making money. Growth strategies being promoted, some have been around for many years but hasn't produced any results. Baggage of legacy is too heavy. To improve, build brand new systems and not just put a wrapper on our legacy services and think we are modernizing.
