I get to work from home. I can reach out to co-workers. I like my customer. No two days are the same.

Talking more openly to us, not down to us. Letting us know what we are doing right, not doing right; and how to fix the problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seeing others in same position paid more with less experience in role. They come in with another title and others who have been doing the job, are static due to how many people can be paid more
